Boiling Springs, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, USA

Sunius sp.
Could this be a Sunius sp? Maybe Sunius confluentus?

nope
your beetle is probably in the Aleocharinae (very diverse, tough to ID)

Thanks!
Good to know!

also
Oxytelinae is perhaps a better possibility
