Moved
Moved from Unidentified Leaf Mines.

Goldenrod (Solidago), and it's a pupa rather than a larva. Without seeing the egg, I'm not sure whether it's Microrhopala vittata or Sumitrosis inaequalis. It's probably possible to tell by the pupa, but I don't know offhand.
