I think I see a little of a zig zag PM line on the right wing so I think it is probably but I am not an expert and not from your area. The Misogada unicolor is also found in your area and those two can be mixed up. However, the Misogada uses the Sycamore and Cottonwood as it's host plants, so the absence of those hosts can help to narrow the species down.
