Mindarus? - Mindarus

Mindarus? - Mindarus
Forest Grove, Washington County, Oregon, USA
Size: ~0.75mm
These were on Alberta spruce, Picea glauca. Branch tips were collected in late April and were kept alive indoors. We noticed the aphids and took this photo on 18 May 2016.
The aphids did not have developed cornicles and had 5-segmented antennae. They were exuding that woolly material that is all around them in the photo.
