based on what's presented here and without plant host data? Not saying ID is wrong, but can it be confirmed?

I only said
"Most likely". In this Seth's image, host plant looks blade of grass and this fits to the species though...

It was in a wildflower/vegetable garden
On some sort of grass, indeed. Though I don't know what.
