Nevermind what I said earlier, pretty sure it's suturalis...
Definitely a weird looking specimen though.

Neither E.hispilabris nor E.suturalis...
This beetle's morphology looks nothing like E.hispilabris's, and it does not have the pronounced ridges along the edge of the pronotum and elytra that E.suturalis has. It does not look like this matches any species in the guide, it has a different pronotum shape and has a pitted elytra pattern, as opposed to the straight lines going down the elytra of E.suturalis or E.actus.

That's E. hispilabris. The tapered abdomen is what indicates that to me.
