Looks like the ones I sometimes have on my house (in Illinois). One in particular runs inside the outside door frame when it gets cold outside. I think it may be an Agelenopsis (grass spider). If so, they are quite common & harmless. But wait for an expert's opinion.

 
Yes, grass spider.
This is indeed a grass spider (Agelenidae family), but I'm not positive about which genus. Might well be an immature specimen as well. Nice images.
