Deltocephalus fuscinervosus ?

Size: 2mm
This individual came to a light trap. All the BugGuide photo images which resemble this species seem to be from California. Is it a similar species or the same that occurs in North Carolina?

Looks like ...
Deltocephalus flavicosta, but can't be certain without dorsal shot, showing spots on head.
