Tetanolita, perhaps
just the look of the pm line and st area both fore and hind wings it looks more like Tetanolita floridana - Hodges#8368

Thanks for your comments. After reading about Tetanolita floridana, we agree. Also, there is a node within the basal third of the antennae.
