Brown Bug with 2 irridescent spots - Ignelater havaniensis
Punta Gorda, Charlotte County, Florida, USA
May 29, 2016
Size: 1.125 inches
Bug was alive when found this morning on our kitchen floor. My wife found it when the kitchen was dark and she noticed what looked like 2 shining eyes on the floor. It was put in a small baggy and sealed. It is now dead and the 2 spots have stopped glowing and are now white.

Moved, Ignelater havaniensis
Moved from ID Request.
