Identification

No tympanum on foretibia; male stridulatory area poorly developed; length of male less than 4 mm (smaller than any Anaxipha).

Remarks

Walker (2014) notes that the single species, F. hebardi, is more closely related to the Anaxipha clade that includes the fultoni, delicatula, litarena, and exigua groups than either A. calusa or A. imitator, which brings into question the current generic status of F. hebardi.
