Size: 5 mm
I beat this adult male Eustala from a shrubby oak. By range and the palp features, it seems to fit best with E. rosae?

I took another look at this specimen and keyed it out using Levi 1977, and I believe this is E. rosae, which is also the expected species geographically here.
