Bee fly with half-dark wings on Dodder

Bee fly with half-dark wings on Dodder
Jefferson County Open Space on Hwy. 72, Jefferson County, Colorado, USA
July 2, 2006
This bee fly was seen on dodder on Jefferson County Open Space off Hwy 72. The part of the wing that is black seems to have clear areas similar to a Thyridanthrax, but they are quite small. Any help with this bee fly is much appreciated
