Hydropsychidae
I cannot determine genus from this pic

No worries. I have to try but
No worries. I have to try but I don't expect much when I submit caddisflies. I take it most of these require dissection to be identified?

sorta
size always helps. But usually one has to see the private parts for caddis genus/species determinations, especially in families like the Hydropsychidae. We may be able to do better with habitus pics in the future but it will require keeping the specimen after you take the great pic. Then the specimen needs to be sent to a taxonomist so that the correct name can be placed on the pic. It will take alot more time and effort on the part of the photographers than the taxonomists.
