Empis tridentata - Rhamphomyia - female

Empis tridentata - Rhamphomyia - Female
Marlton, Burlington County, New Jersey, USA
June 3, 2016
Size: Maybe around 8 mm?
These two flies appeared on the same window seconds apart. I think the other one is a male Empis tridentata, and I assume this one is the female of the same species, but I'm not sure.

Thanks
Now I'm not even sure I got either gender correct.
I guess it was either coincidence when they came to the window, or one was trying to prey on the other.
