Looks like a male that may have just emerged from one of these parasitized stink bug eggs.

Stink bug eggs with an emerged parasitoid wasp?
I'm guessing those are the kind of chewed-open-rather-than-popped-open lids I've seen Charley Eiseman talk about before as being indicative of parasitism. But if prior experience is any guide, he'll be along himself shortly to shed more light.

Interesting. I don't often see insect eggs and have never asked for help identifying them. They look like stink bug eggs but I saw no larvae around.
