I found this insect on my Ficus benjamina hedge after a strong afternoon rain around 4:30 PM.

Braconid wasp.
This is a female braconid wasp (family Braconidae). Braconids are very difficult to diagnose beyond family level from photos alone. Very nice image! Thanks for sharing here at Bugguide.
