Mud Dauber - Sceliphron caementarium

Mud Dauber - Sceliphron caementarium
Sand Springs, Osage County, Oklahoma, USA
July 1, 2007
Size: 3/4"
I believe this is a Black and Yellow Mud Dauber - Sceliphron caementarium.
Please confirm.
It is on a Hummingbird feeder. Several of these kept landing on it. Are they after the sweets ?

Sceliphron caementarium
a female I think

Yeah, they are after the sweets
and look you right in the eye when they take them. Looks like a black and yellow mud dauber to me, but I'm no expert.
