Yes, this is Melanorhopala; this one is a female of Melanorhopala clavata characterized by the conspicuously clavate (swollen) third antennal segment, not noticeable on males, but both male and female have a fairly curved third antennal segment in comparison with other species where it's practically straight and never clavate. This is a new State and host plant record!
