The beetle you reared is a Brachycoryna. Now that I look again, I can just barely make out the stringy frass (in addition to concentrated lumps) in these photos:

Looks like it may have already pupated. Clearly a beetle, but I don't remember seeing stringy frass like this in your previous Sida mines. It will be interesting to see what emerges.
