Not sure of my ID, is this a Golden-winged Skimmer?

Looks good
Looks like a Golden-winged Skimmer to me, maybe a little on the young side. I'm not sure you can tell 100%, though. Did you get any shots showing the face?

 
Definitely Golden-winged
Taking a more detailed look at this guy, I definitely think it's a young male Golden-winged Skimmer. No change in costa color at nodus and three paranal cells.
