Ephemerella - female

Ephemerella - Female
Three Forks, Madison County, Montana, USA
June 9, 2016
Size: 1/4" or 6.35mm
The duns or sub-imagoes were hatching at 11:30 this morning on Montana's Madison River, perhaps ten miles upstream from Three Forks Montana. A few fish were slurping the drifting flies.
