Don't know enough about Florida to guess.

I always struggle with these. Now I'm inclined to think it might be a Two-striped Forceptail (a Gomphid - Aphylla williamsonia) similar to one I submitted a few weeks ago. That one had much more yellow colored stripes as opposed to the yellow-green on this one.

Definitely Two-striped Forcep
Definitely Two-striped Forceptail, a female. I think the angle of the sun is what has washed out the colors, because the two sexes are pretty similar in color, except for the club.
