Possibly Cenocoelinae.
The large, robust head and r vein meeting costal vein well before the wing apex, as well a coloration suggest Cenocoelinae. A distinctive character of cenocoelines is the first segment of the metasoma (apparent thorax) inserted on the propodeum (apparent last segment of the thorax) well above the hind legs. Would need a lateral view to be sure. It looks similar to this:
