Nymph cicadellid - Idiocerus

Nymph cicadellid - Idiocerus
Monteregie County, Quebec, Canada
June 7, 2016
Size: ca. 4mm
I believe this a cicadellid nymph but I am puzzled with the absence of spiny hing legs. Maybe it is species specific at that stage? Seen in a bog environment.
