Per Bil Prather, Odonata Central reviewer and the expert on Odes in CO, even "clear-winged" baskettails collected in CO have all been Dot-winged. The explanation = ? However, you'll note that even in BugGuide, some of the Dot-wingeds are pretty limited in wing markings
