Lethocaris sp. My guess: Lethocerus americanus.

 
NOT Lethocerus americanus
Lethocerus americanus does NOT occur in Florida. This bug appears to lack a median groove on the anterior margin of its fore femora; that would make it Benacus griseus. If it does have the groove, then it's Lethocerus uhleri.
