Tiphiidae
Do you think it is relatively safe to classify it as a Tiphiid?

Male - Tiphiid Wasp
The dark head makes this look like a male in the genus Brachycistis, but it's hard to be sure. They are very similar to others in the same family, some Velvet Ants and also the males in the genus Chyphotes. Please wait for an expert opinion. 11 flagellomeres = ♂
