Geometridae: Cabera quadrifasciaria - Cabera quadrifasciaria - Female
Turtle River State Park, Grand Forks County, North Dakota, USA
June 11, 2016
Size: Wingspread ~ 2.3 cm
I'm not certain, but after much consternation I'm thinking this specimen may be an unusually-marked example of the Four-lined Cabera (6680). I'll archive it here, along with what may be a more definitive specimen photographed from North Dakota earlier--same place and almost same day, three years earlier (2013). The resemblance between these two seems striking to me. Hoping for confirmation or correction.
