Zagymnus?
Just a WAG, but check out the photo of the type specimen for Agallissus floridanus (=synonym of Zagymnus clerinus) here: https://apps2.cdfa.ca.gov/publicApps/plant/bycidDB/wdetails.asp?id=5728&w=n. Very cool, in any case.

Zagymnus clerinus was my initial thought as well, but I couldn't find anything matching this specific color pattern. Could be a color morph of that species, or a stray of a Caribbean congener?
