Just a WAG, but check out the photo of the type specimen for
Agallissus floridanus
(=synonym of
Zagymnus clerinus

Zagymnus clerinus was my initial thought as well, but I couldn't find anything matching this specific color pattern. Could be a color morph of that species, or a stray of a Caribbean congener?
