probably Nematus sp.
It looks like Pristiphopa sp., however it has cerci like in some Pteronidea subgenus. As far as I know Pristiphora spp. have no cerci.
In Palaearctic region also there are similar species. For example, Nematus myosotidis (or Euura (Pteronidea) myosotidis).

What do you think is it on clover? (it won’t give anything, I’m just curious)

Looks to be
the larva of a sawfly rather than a lepidopteran.
