Need identification fast! Please! - Blatta orientalis
Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Initially thought it was a beetle but then it 'darted' super speed like a roach. Need identification asap cuz now condo building will make me pay to fumigate, have to leave house for 24 hours etc etc. Had four people tell me it's a roach but am stubbornly hoping you might tell me it's just a beetle and all of the above headache is unnecessary? Need answer super speed before I have to book fumigation as per condo management rules eek. Am supposed to organize this today!

Thank you for your quick resp
