Fort Bragg, Mendocino County, California, USA

Moved from Mayflies.

Callibaetis pallidus
Hi Sandra-

I believe this female imago to be Callibaetis pallidus.

Moved from ID Request.

This is a mayfly, not a true fly. Genus is Callibaetis. This is a female. Males of this genus (but not all mayflies) have much larger eyes.
