Identification
White dorsal margin + the legs have the tarsi entirely white. (unmarked)
Remarks
I have tentatively placed this species in Acrocercopinae based on its similarity to Acrocercops astericola and Leucospilapteryx venustella.

Acrocercops astericola - Has banded legs and some coloring on the basal half of the dorsal margin.
Leucospilapteryx venustella - Has banded legs.
