beetle - Calopteron discrepans

beetle - Calopteron discrepans
Winter Park, Orange County, Florida, USA
June 15, 2016

Moved
Moved from ID Request.

The black band on the inner margin flares out basally, separating from similar C. reticulatum

What about this one?

Banded net-winged beetle
Calopteron, likely C. discrepans.

Looks more like C. reticulatum
Like what James Bailey suggested above.
The first band across the elytra is more narrow and there's a lack of the vertical median band running down between the two elytra (which appears more common in discrepans.
