It may be ...
... a White Spring Moth, Lomographa vestaliata, # 6667.



But I'm not sure these shots are enough to make a definite ID or not, and although my call would be that it's probably a vestaliata, I'm really just wagering an educated guess based on the general appearance and diurnal behavior. So it may be best to wait and see if anyone else agrees with or confirms this ID.
