John & Jane I looked at that species and it looks good except it doesn't have the double black spot at the end of the wing. It looks like one of the Bucculatrix, so I moved it to the genus page.

Wonder if it might be something like
0496 Bucculatrix inusitata. Not many images to compare. Here's Bold
