large longhorn beetle with red markings. Similar to the the red shouldered pine borer but the elytra are matte and not glossy, shaped different, red patches different and my beetle has spines on the thorax as well as antenna solid black. Also releases a smell when handled. Like rotten pepperoni. Found on a pine
