Size: 3-4 mm
Size estimated. There were several swarms of these around rocks or semi-submerged vegetation. They usually scattered if I shaded them trying to get less glare. They look, perhaps, close to Rhagovelia obesa, which is a widespread eastern species. Compare, for instance:
