Spotted this low to the ground under a leaf South of Parry Sound. It appeared to have golden spots on it. It my identification correct?

Also...
.. Queens look similar. Soldiers are similar too, but I think they're a bit more pointed.
I guess queens aren't really in your area, now that I've been looking.
