mystery spider - Geolycosa

mystery spider - Geolycosa
Cove Point, Lusby, Calvert County, Maryland, USA
June 9, 2016
Size: ~3mm
I’m not sure what to make of this one. The eye pattern looks like a lycosid but I can’t place it. Found on a Chesapeake Bay beach in the sand above the high tide mark. Very fast and fidgety; I never managed to get ahead of it to photograph the face.

Thanks in advance for the help

Moved
Moved from Wolf Spiders.

Looks
like a Geolycosa spiderling.

It does resemble this one of yours

How did you ID that one to species?
Thanks for the help

You
are welcome.
This was IDed to species because the spiderlings were leaving and near a females burrow. Also, micanopy is/was the only species of Geolycosa in the area this was photographed at the time.
Otherwise it would have had to been reared a couple more instars to possibly adult for an ID.

Compare yours to spiderling images of fatifera and turricola if there are some here or on Google maybe...

Will do
Thanks for the tip. I've never tried rearing spiders but will have to start considering it
