Yep, that's what it is
Nice pics! In addition to this species, there are four others that you might expect to find on mesquite in southeastern Arizona. All of belong to the genus Aphalaroida and are quite different in appearance, with very short antennae and often with glandular hairs on the wings, head and thorax.
