I stand corrected
Sure looks like the pictures of O. brunneum in this guide. I'm sure you're right!

A Cerambycid (longhorn beetle)
Maybe in the genus Prionus. Size estimates help. My best bet for your area would be Prionus imbricornis (Tile-horned Prionus), female. Looks like its emerging from the wood in which the larva lived and pupated. Great shot!
