Female - Agapostemon sp.
Wow, she must have scared the bajeebers out of that Pill-bug, right haha? OK, the light-green coloring of the eyes combined with dark legs should rule out all of tribe Augochlorini.
Considering your far north-western location and the details of her hair qualities, I'm guessing that this is a female Texas Agapostemon, Agapostemon texanus, but let's wait for an expert.
