This is another species of beetle that was hanging around the thistle blooms.

Both your beetles look like flower longhorns.
But I'm no expert. Check here while waiting for the doctor to come:

Suggestion: Crop images like this a bit closer. Nice shots at any rate. And you're smart to add plant info, particularly on beetles and bugs.

But i'm also certain that this is indeed a Lepturinae (Flower longhorn).
I've found a picture of
Analeptura lineola
thats is quite looking close to your longhorn. I'm pushing foward by looking at the genus
Analeptura
and coming back with more hopefully.
I researched i bit more, and getting some confidence in my guess. Anybody can confirm?
