Moved from Clubtails.

We think the problem is that you moved one image
to Dromogomphus. Ken found the other in Odonata and moved it to Gomphids and dragged yours along with it. Sometimes the images don't travel together and that confuses things.

Sorry about that!
I corrected the problem hopefully.

Sorry!
I didn't realize I had moved your image from Dromogomphus, William.
Something to watch for in the future.

No problem at all,,,
Congratulations on becoming an editor Ken.

Wrong ID?
If you don't agree with my identification then please tell me what you think this is.
I was basing my ID on the pattern on the front of the thorax which I thought was unique to D. spinosus.

Dromogomphus spinosus
Moved from Dragonflies.

Not Arrowhead Spiketail.
Not Arrowhead Spiketail.
Maybe a snaketail?

Need a closer view.
One from the top, one from side and very closeups of the tail appendages also.
