It would be nice to be able to see the dash in the forewing for greater confirmation but i can identify it without that marking. This is one of the oddly marked ones as far as maculation density. However the clypeus and frontal margin of the head are Stenacron. It also has a black dash below the antenna base. I do see black staining on the pronotum, and pleura streaks. The heavy medial abdominal stripe, faded spiracular spots, and median line on the notum all point to (Stenacron interpunctatum / Frontale) female imago.

I will also add, the yellow longitudinal forewing veins are a Stenacron feature and so are the heavy black cross-veins in the subcostal area above the humeral vein.

Hi Alain-

I believe this female imago to be of family Heptageniidae.
