Dilta?
This looks like the Old World genus Dilta. It could have been introduced to this area from the Old World as has happend with Petrobius and Trigoniophthalmus. I would be very interested in seeing specimens if these were available.

Machilinae
Machilidae: Machilinae.

This is a weird one. It appears to be Machilinae because it looks like there are scales on the antennal flagellum. The only Machilinae from the NE US is Trigoniophthalmus alternatus which has tear-shaped, submedian lateral ocelli; your specimen has lateral ocelli that are much farther from the center of the face.
