Little Yellow or Sleepy Orange? - Abaeis nicippe

Little Yellow or Sleepy Orange? - Abaeis nicippe
Windsor, Isle of Wight County, Virginia, USA
July 6, 2016
I'm leaning toward Sleepy Orange, but all the little spots seemed a bit more indicative of Little Yellow. Found nectaring on coneflower.

Moved from ID Request.

Sleepy Orange
Little Yellow has two spots at the base of the forewing that stand out.
