Braconidae
The distinctive head shape and coloration of the stigma should help narrow it down. I'll mark this one and look at it again later when I have my key handy.

rogadinae perhaps
I believe the antennal shelf and the wing stigmas are right. There are a couple of features on the head that fit this group too. Wait for an expert to confirm though.
